The staff were attentive and accommodating throughout my stay.
The safety concerns regarding the balcony were alarming, especially with a child. The shower was constantly blocked, leading to flooding issues. the unpleasant smell from the toilet was disruptive and quite off-putting.

The spacious room allowed us to spread out comfortably. Tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch, making mornings enjoyable. The private bathroom came stocked with free toiletries, which added convenience. The location was ideal for visiting attractions. the wooden furniture felt quite outdated, and the shower pressure was frustratingly low. We had safety concerns regarding the balcony, especially for our kids. A bit more maintenance is needed in some areas to enhance the overall experience.

The Superior Triple Room was pretty comfy, especially with the brass bed. The spacious layout gave us enough room to relax.
